For more than thirty-five years, he has intervened in the decisions of boards of directors, family enterprises, private equity portfolios, Fortune 500 Global companies and multilateral institutions.
Before advising boards, he studied them from the inside: eight years on the leadership team of the largest corporate think tank in Washington D.C. — Nasdaq IPO in 1999 — and as one of the few European lobbyists before the U.S. Congress and Senate, representing the American Bar Association.
He founded The Worldgate Group in 2007 and Leadergy & Co. in 2018. He is a member and advisor of governance bodies across several organizations and a guest professor at top-tier business schools since 2007.
