Leadergy & Co. is the controller of the personal data collected on jesusvizquierdo.com. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@leadergyandco.com.

What we collect and why

We only process the data you give us through the forms on this site and the technical data strictly needed to serve it securely.

• Board Diagnostic request. Name, position, organization, email, country, the decision you describe and its time horizon. We use them solely to evaluate your request and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.
• Download of “Liderazgo con Propósito”. Name, email, position, organization and country, to provide you with the publication. Only if you tick the corresponding box will we also send you the newsletter.
• Newsletter. Your email address, to send you “When Leadership Meets Strategy”. The legal basis is your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to the contact above.
• Technical data. IP address and basic connection data, processed to serve the pages, limit abusive form submissions and protect the site.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. It is processed on our behalf, as processors, by the providers that run the site:

• Cloudflare, Inc. Hosts the site and stores form submissions. It also provides the check against automated submissions (Turnstile) and aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics (Web Analytics).
• HubSpot, Inc. Customer relationship manager. It receives Board Diagnostic requests, together with the IP address and the page the request was sent from.
• Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, only if you accept measurement cookies.

International transfers

These providers may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer relies on the mechanisms provided by European law: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site works without advertising cookies. It uses the following:

• Necessary. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. On forms, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission comes from a person.
• Measurement, only if you accept. Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, lasting up to two years, to count visits and see which forms are completed. We never send it your name, your email or anything you type into the forms. If you choose “Necessary only”, Google Analytics is not loaded.
• Cookieless statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying visitors.

How long we keep your data

We keep requests and download details for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain the relationship, or until you ask us to erase them. Your newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@leadergyandco.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Security

The site is always served over an encrypted connection and its forms are protected against automated submissions. Access to the data received is restricted to the people who need to respond to your request.

Changes to this policy

If the processing or the providers described here change, we will update this text and its date.
